About Us

Attorney Thomas W. Moak graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1985 and began practicing with Stumbo & Caudill in Martin, Kentucky. He has worked primarily dealing with worker's compensation, social security, and federal black lung cases while also maintaining an active civil practice.

Mr. Moak is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and has been admitted to practice in the Federal Court in the Eastern District Court of Kentucky, United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, Ohio and the United States Supreme Court.

In addition, Mr. Moak maintains an active appellate practice and has numerous published cases in both the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

Attorney B. D. Nunnery graduated from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1993. Mr. Nunnery maintains an active civil practice including focusing on social security and personal injury. Mr. Nunnery also performs a wide variety of general civil matters including real estate and business litigation. Mr. Nunnery is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Attorney Jacob Thomas Moak graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2014. Mr. Moak also has a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kentucky. Mr. Moak focuses on trusts, estates, probate as well as maintaining an active civil practice including personal injury, worker's compensation, federal black lung, social security, and family law.

Mr. Moak has developed an interest in trusts and estates including wills and probate matters and has attended numerous seminars. His MBA background gives him additional insight and understanding in probate matters and business litigation.

Mr. Moak is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Florida and has been admitted to practice in the Federal Court in the Eastern District Court of Kentucky and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
